Davide Panzeri is Head of Italy–Europe Policy at ECCO, the Italian climate change think tank. His work focuses on the intersection between national industrial policy, European climate governance and the competitiveness of strategic sectors. At ECCO, he contributes to policy analysis and stakeholder engagement on Italy’s role in the European decarbonisation agenda, with particular attention to energy-intensive industries, industrial transformation and the policy conditions needed to align climate objectives with economic resilience.
