Federica Maria Raiti is a PhD Research Fellow in Behavioral Economics and Climate Change at Sapienza University of Rome. Her research focuses on behavioral responses to climate-related collective risks and social cohesion in the Solomon Islands, as well as inclusive urban mobility, with a particular emphasis on active mobility and vulnerable communities.
She earned her BA at the University of Hamburg, and her Master’s at the University of Pavia and SWUFE (China), and completed an advanced program at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
In 2022 and 2023, she worked at the European Commission on the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) and in the country desk unit, followed by forecasting and public budgeting for EU candidate countries. She also co-leads a feminist NGO promoting equal representation and intersectional approaches to public policy.
