Giovanni Strampelli is a Full Professor of Business Law. Since 2019, he has served as Director of the PhD in Legal Studies. He has held visiting positions, among others, at the University of Oxford (Harris Manchester College), the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Munich, and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg.
