Non-Resident Fellow at Bruegel, Pascal Saint-Amans is also Professor at Lausanne University and at HEC Paris business school. He researches and teaches tax policy. SaintAmans is also an expert to the Global Solidarity Levies Task force launched by President Rutto, President Macron and Prime minister Mottley. He is currently co-chair of the Africa Europe Foundation working group on Illicit financial flows.
