Edith Wagner

Edith Wagner is a Post Doctoral Fellow at IEP@BU. She graduated from Heidelberg University (Ph.D.), Yale Law School (LL.M.), and the University of Würzburg (degree in European law & first State exam). Prior to joining IEP@BU, she worked at the Court of Appeals of Koblenz, the Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the European Commission and the German Federal Ministry of Justice within the framework of the legal clerkship (Referendariat) in Germany. During her doctoral research, she was affiliated with the International Max Planck Research School for Successful Dispute Resolution and worked as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law.
