Sébastien Bourdin is Professor of Economic Geography and joined EM Normandie in 2012. He holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Rouen-Normandie, which he obtained in 2012, and a Habilitation to Supervise Research that was obtained in 2020. His research focuses on territorial development, regional inequalities, energy transition, and the circular economy. He is also an expert in European issues, Cohesion policy, and public policy evaluation.
