Vincenzo Colarocco is a partner at Studio Previti and head of its Internet law, intellectual property and unfair competition department. His work focuses on data protection, new technologies, artificial intelligence, social media law, legal informatics, communications law, intellectual property and industrial law. He has also collaborated with the University of Bologna on legal informatics and forensic informatics, and teaches at the Master in Law and Business at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School.
