Dynamic Alignment with the EU: How to Make It Work
Proceedings from the seminar held at King’s College London, 4 June 2026. By Alan Dashwood, Jonathan Faull, Emily Lydgate, and Eleanor Spaventa
Alan Dashwood and Jonathan Faull are the co-authors of the background paper entitled The Anatomy of Dynamic Alignment, which was circulated to those invited to the seminar held on 4 June, 2026.
Their presentations introducing the seminar apply the themes developed in that paper, with more specific reference to the United Kingdom’s current dynamic alignment obligations, in the light of EEA and EU-Swiss precedents. They should therefore be read in parallel with it.
