Oliver Coste
Oliver Coste is an entrepreneur and a corporate executive of the tech industry. He currently provides consulting services for companies active in Artificial Intelligence.
After working at the European Commission (DG Competition, then Cabinet of Commissioner de Silguy), he joined the office of the French Prime Minister Lionel Jospin, where he worked namely on the transformation of Airbus into an integrated company. He worked for Alcatel-Lucent where he managed several activities with European or worldwide presence and created a mobile television business which got traction in Europe, the USA and India.

Privinzano Luca
Luca Privinzano is the Associate Director of Research at the Laboratory for Effective Anti-Poverty Policies at Bocconi University, where he supports affiliates in the implementation of projects and works to improve the operational effectiveness of LEAP. Luca has extensive experience in managing research projects, having led the implementation of large-scale surveys in countries as Tanzania, Uganda and the UK. Prior to joining LEAP, Luca has worked for EDI Global, Ipsos UK and BRAC Uganda.

Famà Rosalba
Rosalba Famà is a lawyer and holds a PhD in legal studies from Bocconi University summa cum laude (2025). She is currently a postdoctoral researcher IEP Bocconi. Her research interests regard the constitutional profiles of the European Union budget, the European Investment Bank, EU sustainable finance, and the Economic and Monetary Union.
She is also a contracted lecturer at Bocconi, where she teaches EU law, and a fellow of the Bocconi GREEN. In 2023, her research on European finances earned the recognition of a grant offered by the European Court of Auditors. Rosalba is also a selected member of the Spinelli Forum German-Italian Young Leader Forum and a recognized expert in geopolitics by ISPI (Institute of International Political Studies).
Her research has recently received a STAREBEI grant offered by the European Investment Bank.
